LexMarke LP may collect and process the information provided in this form for purposes reasonably connected with evaluating your enquiry and administering its prospective-client intake process, including:

conducting conflict checks;
determining whether LexMarke LP can accept the proposed engagement;
identifying an appropriate lawyer or Professional to review the enquiry;

carrying out applicable identity, due-diligence, regulatory or risk-management procedures; and
